Job Description

 Rowmark is looking for energetic team members to fill permanent hourly positions in our manufacturing operation.

• Inspect and package finished product according to quality specifications and correct procedures.  Use inspection tools (tape measure, gauges, micrometers, etc.)  Document quality check information appropropriate in quality management on-line system.  Operate RF handheld and labeling system.  Count product quantities accurately.
• Communicate quality issues/concerns to operators. 
• Operate grinders; Assist with start-ups and change-overs, as needed.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of manufacturing experience with credible references
• Flexibility to work any shift – most openings on afternoon and night shifts
• High school diploma or equivalent (copy of documentation required)
• Team-oriented spirit with a passion to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Personal dedication to the job and the company’s success (desire to contribute daily, to maintain an excellent attendance record and to be committed to a drug-free lifestyle,)

• Ability to stand throughout shift and lift approximately 35 pounds, as needed.
• Abiltiy to work any shift (most openings on 2nd and 3rd shift) and overtime as needed.
